RepBoard is a free, camera-based workout rep counter. You open your webcam, pick an exercise, and the app counts your reps using pose-detection technology that runs entirely in your browser.

We collect only what is needed to provide the service:

• Account information — email address and username when you register.
• Workout statistics — rep counts, exercise type, duration, and estimated calories for each session.
• Group membership — which groups you join and your activity within them.

Your camera feed is processed entirely on your device. Pose-detection landmarks (body joint positions) are calculated in the browser and are never sent to our servers. We do not record, store, or transmit any video or image data. No frames ever leave your device.

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• Display your workout history, streaks, and leaderboard position.
• Send transactional emails (password resets, email verification).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Workout statistics you choose to share in groups are visible only to other group members.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which permanently removes all associated data including workout history and group memberships.

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

RepBoard is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of RepBoard after changes constitutes acceptance.
